Creating the first ever Senior Men's Group in Morningside at the Open Door, developing this valuable resource in record breaking time and on a shoe string budget.
Managing the transformation of the Monash Men's Shed from a men's club to a vital and sustainable community organisation meeting the needs of around 180 men.
Playing a leadership role in the inception and creation of Phoenix Park, a children's playground built with 1500 volunteers in less than a week on a meagre budget of less than $200,000.00.
Working as a Board Member, coach and facilitator to intrinsically support Opening Doors, a potent community leadership development program that continues to produce leaders equipped to create positive change in their communities in pursuit of social inclusion.
Brokering community business partnerships for mutual benefit including connecting Monash Men's Shed with Lend Lease, a relationship that has lasted over two years and yielded benefits for both parties
Helping underprivileged and homeless youth on the streets of Melbourne as a volunteer on the the Whitelion / Open Family outreach facility, the Chatterbox bus.
- Facilitating engaging sessions at the inspirational Rotary Youth Leadership Association, RYLA program for over sixteen years.
- Designing bespoke leadership development programs for students at the prestigious Korowa Anglican Girl's School and for unemployed youth at Banyule City Council.
- Contributing to the development of young people as a former Scout Leader with the Australian Scouting Movement.

Examples include the comprehensive shift in culture and practice facilitated in Yellow Pages Australia, particularly Queensland.
